Greases formulated for the lubrication of mechanisms in direct contact with engineering plastics and elastomers. Conventional greases can attack engineering plastics through three mechanisms: plasticiser extraction, elastomer swelling and polymer embrittlement. Plastic-safe grease eliminates the additives and soaps generating this incompatibility — low-polarity base oil and non-aggressive thickener. Certified compatibility with ABS, POM, PA6/PA66, PC, PP, PBT, EPDM, NBR, Viton and vulcanised silicone. Required by automotive OEMs (VW, BMW, Stellantis) for all interior mechanisms.
