High-Speed Grease — Spindles & Electrospindles
Lubrication of high-speed bearings — DN > 500,000 — electrospindles and grinding machines
Extreme-precision grease for bearings operating at DN values above 500,000 (pitch diameter in mm × speed in rpm). CNC electrospindles, cylindrical grinding and high-speed boring spindles generate internal heat from churning if the grease has too much thickener or inappropriate base oil viscosity. The formulation with very low-viscosity PAO or ester base oil (ISO VG 7–15) and ultra-refined polyurea thickener ensures the hydrodynamic film without raising bearing temperature. Compatible with precision P4/P2 class bearings (SKF, FAG, NSK, NTN).
