MQL Fluid — Minimum Quantity Lubrication

Ultra-fine aerosol lubrication for dry and sustainable machining

MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) fluids are formulated with highly biodegradable synthetic esters to be applied in minimum quantity (10–200 ml/h) via ultra-fine aerosol systems directly at the cutting edge. The minimal quantity applied evaporates almost entirely during machining, leaving the workpiece and chips practically dry.
