HEPG Polyalkylene Glycol Hydraulic Fluid
HEPG polyalkylene glycol fluid for hydraulic systems in seawater environments and extreme temperatures
HEPG (Hydraulic Environmental Polyalkylene Glycol) hydraulic fluid for demanding applications in environmentally sensitive extreme temperature environments. Polyalkylene glycol (PAG) provides an exceptional viscosity index (VI >200) — stable behaviour from −40°C to +95°C without significant viscosity changes. Completely miscible with water — in case of leakage in an aquatic environment it dilutes without forming a surface oil film. Fire resistance superior to mineral oils. Recommended for offshore platforms, machinery in coastlines and estuaries, and hydraulic systems of offshore wind turbines. Caution: not compatible with alkyd paints or NBR seals — verify system compatibility before fluid change.
